The bible says that we reap what we sow. I believe this principle can be seen in every facet of life. we can only withdraw what we put in. Quality management provides me with a broad knowledge on how to be better organized in life personally and professionally. I am able to plan, organize, mobilize, recruit and control for my organization. I have learned how to lead effectively and efficiently. I have developed a five years strategic plan for my organization through which we’re able to improve the work environment, the quality of the products and services as well as human relationships. Also, we optimize the use of natural resources and boost employees’ self-esteem.
