As God’s steward we are called to protect the environment from anything that can endanger it. it is a sacred responsibility entrusted to our care by God, our creator. we must create a friendly environment where people can feel comfortable free of hostility and stress. In my organization, I encourage the employees to maintain a stress environment by developing a collaborative and team spirit where everyone is valued and treat with respect and dignity. We also value the contribution of each member of the team. We strive to compensate everyone based on their performance. We foster a spirit of learning and growth. Everyone is responsible to maintain a safe environment for his or her coworker.
