This program has taught me to appreciate other languages. I have become more sensitive towards other ethnic groups. I have learnt to appreciate the importance and value of each person and the contribution they bring through my life as well as my profession. In order for me to be more efficient in communicating in Spanish, I have downloaded to very important app on my phone – Duolingo and Babbel so that I can learn to communicate with others. Additionally, I have provided training and workshops to my staff on how to use various important software so that they can be highly competitive whether they still work in my organization or not.
